Hey there! I'm Alex Pasiecznik, and I've been in youth ministry for over 8 years in the same local church, building our youth ministry from the ground up, going from nothing to averaging over 150 students every week. I have made a lot of mistakes and I would love to help you not pay the stupid taxes I have already paid!

Early on, I had an amazing coach who shaped my growth, offering support, guidance, and inspiration. Now, as a youth pastor consultant, my mission is simple: to help you become the best youth pastor God created you to be.
